James 1:2-4 GNT
My friends, consider yourselves fortunate when all kinds of trials come your way, for you know that when your faith succeeds in facing such trials, the result is the ability to endure. Make sure that your endurance carries you all the way without failing, so that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.
Imagine going through a challenge and people expecting to see you cry, frustrated, or depressed you then show up celebrating in Gratitude thanking God for that very same challenge that is expecting you to be emotionally drained. “It sounds insane, right?” Wait, Royal, what does 1 Corinthians 1:27 GNT say? Doesn't it say that: God purposely chose what the world considers nonsense in order to shame the wise, and he chose what the world considers weak in order to shame the powerful?
Gratitude to God builds a certain Godly character in you, it teaches you patience and helps you grow more in faith as you look unto Jesus who is the author and finisher of your Faith. Gratitude helps you pay attention to the goodness of God more than paying attention to challenges. #LearnToBeGratefulToGod
It's Gratitude, Friday Royal!
What are you Grateful to God for this week? Celebrate even in your worst moments knowing that your ability to endure is in training. Your victory is certain #CountItAllJoy
