Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.

Doing God’s kingdom assignment can make you a target of the enemy in many ways Royal, you have to be aware of that and alert at all times. If not so Jesus wouldn't have told the disciples to watch out when he was sending them. #BeSmart

The enemy has many strategies to distract you, he can use bad influence, ego, pride, selfishness, etc. He can do anything to take you out of the way, so that you don't accomplish your assignment, which is why Jesus said to the disciples, behold I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves, be ye therefore wise as serpents and harmless as doves. That’s to tell you that you need the Holy Spirit at all times to guide every step you take in every word you do to keep you safe from the distractions of the world that can affect your work.
