An Inspiration For You - Wednesday 26 February 2025

Luke 10:17-20 AMP

The seventy returned with joy, saying, “Lord, even the demons are subject to us in Your name.” He said to them, “I watched Satan fall from heaven like [a flash of] lightning. Listen carefully: I have given you authority [that you now possess] to tread on [a]serpents and scorpions, and [the ability to exercise authority] over all the power of the enemy (Satan), and nothing will [in any way] harm you. Nevertheless do not rejoice at this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice that your names are recorded in heaven.”

Jesus sent the 70 on an assignment and gave them instructions to follow He also blessed them to go out and do the work. Their reason for coming back with results was that they did as they were told and also because Jesus gave them the ability to exercise authority over the power of the enemy which they did. #FollowInstructions

You are the one sent now, you have been given a mission, and you have to understand your assignment so that you can never be taken advantage of by the enemy. It's not about the spirits being subject to you or about you building a name for yourself in this world but about you doing the work that the Lord has sent you to do and producing results as He expects you to do so that your name can be recorded for good works in Heaven. #Focus

There is a reward ahead for you Royal, the power that God has given you is not to show off but to accomplish the assignment. There will be snakes and scorpions of any kind on your journey some to attack your spirit, your health, finances, your ministry you name it so if you do the work without understanding chances are very high that you may be attacked and give up but if you do the work with understanding and a clear picture of the goal as instructed by God you will tread on every scorpion and snake that come your way not only that you will also exercise authority over every power of the enemy and nothing shall by any means hurt you. #FocusOnTheGoalForGood
