We live in a very judgmental world, a world that has a lot of competition, comparisons, and a prove-a-point attitude or behavior.
Fear of “What will people say?” has caused damage to the lives of many in the name of "I must pretend I have it all under control."
This is one of the reasons there is a high number of suicidal cases, mental cases, depression, anxiety, stress, prisoners, drug addicts, etc. that mostly result in diagnoses of many sicknesses. #SayNoToPressure
It's how you present yourself to your world that will make them judge you according to your outer image. If you are a role model, mentor, coach, teacher, celebrity, pastor, or any leadership position the world expects you to be always on top of your game, and you are expected to have everything under control as if you are not allowed to express your emotions. #TalkAboutYourEmotions
It doesn't matter what position of leadership you hold, your career, etc. whether, in government or your community, your company you name it, you can be a millionaire or be well-known in this entire world it makes no difference you are human you have emotions don't pretend.
Expressing your emotions is not a weakness, Jesus Christ himself wept it's in your bible John 11 vs 35 but it didn't reduce his status or stop him from accomplishing his mission.
