1 Thessalonians 5:17-19 AMP
Be unceasing and persistent in prayer; in every situation [no matter what the circumstances] be thankful and continually give thanks to God; for this is the will of God for you in Christ Jesus. Do not quench [subdue, or be unresponsive to the working and guidance of] the [Holy] Spirit.
When the word of God says pray without ceasing it doesn't necessarily mean that you must close yourself in your room every day and the whole day praying Royal, If you do so when will you work, preach to others, run your business, and do every other thing that you must do? To pray without ceasing is to communicate with your Heavenly Father at any time and anywhere there is no limit for you. Prayer is what you do daily at any time, it is your lifestyle. #PrayAlways
You can pray out loud or in your heart you can't make an excuse when it comes to prayer. You can't say you don't have enough time to pray, yes daily you must set up some specific time on your own to pray in your quiet place, with your family, with other brethren, etc but that is not your excuse to not pray because you say you don't have time. God gave you a heart for a reason. #PrayAnywhere
You can pray while driving with your eyes open, you can pray while you are at the gym, you can pray while taking your walk, while you are on your way to work or working, on your way to your meetings, while cooking, bathing, cleaning, dressing up, etc you can pray. You can't have an excuse when it comes to prayer, if you don't pray how can the Holy Spirit communicate with you when you are off signal #Pray
