You can't love others more than you love yourself, that will be selfishness and carelessness Royal. Don't wait to be told by others that God loves you and that he cares about you, you need to find out from his word and begin to practice it to you.
Learn to love yourself, and shape your life with God's word. Don't allow words that tear you apart to dominate your mind, God loved you before you existed, he sent his son Jesus for you and now he has sent you to love yourself with that same love he has for you, and with that love he wants you to share it with others. #SelfLoveIsKey
