One of the hidden enemies of peace, progress, growth, productivity, unity, and love in organizations, companies, businesses, governments, families, marriages, leadership, etc. is FEAR. Fear of speaking the truth, fear of speaking out, fear of correcting, fear of being corrected, and fear of rejection. #CastOutFear
