You can say something in silence, Royal, think of how many times you have gotten into trouble by trying to fix, defend, control, explain, prove, or help. Teach yourself to say nothing even when you are tempted to open your mouth. #SilenceIsGolden
Do you know you can say something in your silence, you can observe many things and still choose to be quiet for the sake of peace and wait for the right time to address it. Especially when you know that you can't control your words or your emotions learn to keep quiet.
You don't need to talk always, learn to guide your mouth and your tongue and save yourself from trouble. Mind you, that doesn't mean you are stupid or a coward, for the sake of peace and to gain your respect keep quiet.
