Lack of Communication is the Culprit. Assumption, frustration, confusion, lack of peace, tense environment, hatred, gossip, jealousy, division, lack of productivity etc. are often caused by lack of communication.

Be clear when communicating with others, ask questions when you don't understand, approach don't assume. You can't assume the next person knows or doesn't know, you can't assume it will happen when you never confirmed. Always be clear when communicating and be attentive when receiving information from others.
